
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process in which a trained coach supports and guides an individual or a group to achieve specific personal, professional, or organisational goals. It involves conversations and structured interactions that help the coachee enhance their skills, improve performance, gain clarity, and overcome challenges.
Coaching typically focuses on goal-setting, self-discovery, accountability, and actionable steps to improve an individual’s mindset, behaviour, or performance. The key aspect of coaching is that it is client-driven, meaning the coach helps the coachee explore their own thoughts, solutions, and strategies rather than providing direct advice or instructions.

Four, Six or Ten week 60 or 90 minute sessions: Personally tailored for the individuals ready to elevate their careers, lives, and overall performance. Starting with an introduction session I will take you through a series of personalised 1 to 1 sessions.
I will support you on a transformative journey, moving your self-assurance and self-value to greater heights, helping you conquer imposter syndrome, surmount personal barriers, shed apprehensions, and cultivate an improved sense of confidence and conviction.

Personal Life Coaching Program
A program of six to ten 60 or 90 minute sessions, starting with a complimentary 30 minute discovery session. You feel stuck and things are just 'alright' but not great. Deep inside you feel that you're capable of so much more than what you're doing right now. Life coaching focuses on what is present rather than exploring the past. From discovery and clarity sessions to creating specific action plans, I will help you make the greatest improvement of life.

Corporate Wellness
Single 60 or 90 minute sessions aimed at equipping individual staff members with new knowledge, practical tools and techniques that actually work. Focussing on a solution based approach so they can take charge of their own mental health and wellbeing, including making positive changes to the work culture within companies & organisations.

Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic coaching is a blend of coaching and therapy, where the coach uses techniques from both fields to support individuals in overcoming personal challenges, enhancing their emotional well-being, and achieving their goals. It combines the forward-focused, goal-oriented nature of coaching with the deeper, healing aspects of therapy, helping clients address emotional or psychological issues while also working toward personal growth.
While coaching typically focuses on achieving specific goals and performance, therapeutic coaching may involve exploring past experiences, emotional patterns, or trauma that could be hindering progress. The goal is not just to improve behavior or skills, but also to help clients develop healthier mindsets, cope with difficult emotions, and resolve inner conflicts.
