I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). My practice is centred around helping clients understand their unique ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world, and to navigate the challenges that can arise from this.

Using a range of therapeutic approaches, I work with clients to explore areas of difficulty such as overwhelm, emotional regulation, social dynamics, identity, and masking. Together, we look at what may be causing distress or hindering growth, and develop strategies that align with your strengths, needs, and lived experience.

Within a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental space, you are encouraged to express yourself openly and at your own pace. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, reduce internal pressure, and find practical, meaningful ways to move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
