I have many years’ experience supporting children and adults across schools, private practice, and corporate settings. I work from a therapeutic coaching approach that is solution-focused and outcome-driven, grounded in a strong person-centred foundation. This ensures clients feel supported while working towards meaningful, sustainable change.
I have worked with bereaved children, individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, addiction issues, and wider life challenges that affect wellbeing and confidence. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever you wish at your own pace.
Whether you are seeking clarity, emotional support, or practical strategies, my aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Samantha Blackmore
120 Fairmile Road, Christchurch, BH23 2LS
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I help clients understand their unique ways of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world, and navigate the challenges that can arise.
Using a range of therapeutic approaches, we explore areas such as overwhelm, emotional regulation, social dynamics, identity, and masking. Together, we identify what may be causing distress and develop strategies that align with your strengths, needs, and lived experience.
I offer a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental space where you can express yourself at your own pace, with the aim of building self-awareness and finding practical, meaningful ways towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
