Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your free 30-minute in-person or online initial meeting, please notify me within a minimum of a 24-hours. You may only reschedule a booked in-person or online initial meeting up to 48 hours before the start of the original booking (limited to one new date.) The deposit will be retained for non-attendance.
