Cancellation Policy
Libra Counselling manage all bookings for affiliated counsellors. all listed counsellors are responsible for their own client contracting, safeguarding and professional insurances. We, Libra Counselling act as an aggregate for clients to locate suitable counsellors for them. We are not associated or responsible for counsellors sessional work. All counsellors are self employed. Refunds will only be issued where over 24 hours notice is provided to cancel the session. Less than 24 hours notice will result in Libra Counselling retaining the full cost of the session. Minimum of 24 hour notice required for cancellations and rescheduling. Please contact your counsellor directly.
